Facility Engineer is safety/operationally critical role in the Castrol China Technology Centre (CCTC) taking the responsibility to provide assurance on safe, compliant and reliable operations of CCTC facilities by managing and coordinating all the facilities related activities with support of a variety of contractors in CCTC.

ü Reliability and performance improvement on physical building structure, utilities and facilities services o To develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plan and quality control plan to ensure best reliability performance with optimal cost to contribute overall site target o To lead root cause analysis (RCA) and trouble shooting for facilities, e.g. HVAC system to ensure improvement are implemented effectively o To maintain the site physical building structure to include roof and grounds, e.g. managing the facility landscaping and contracted cleaning efforts in the site to ensure a clean, professional appearance inside the building and on company grounds o To maintain the site utilities to include power system, water system, gas system, HVAC system, public address system, security system, emergency response system, storage system, audio and video system o To lead and supervise routine/non-routine maintenance activities closely and maintain critical history and reliability data for continuous improvement o To set up and optimize spare parts inventory/sourcing for facilities o To supervise the activities of contracted support staff, including maintenance staff ü Knowledge management o To provide technical coach, training and consultation over site on facilities, e.g. HVAC system maintenance and reliable operation o To act as engineering expert for the facilities operations of the Castrol China Technology Centre o To manage and maintain building and/or utility maintenance reports, fire inspection reports and any environmental reports related to the facility grounds. o To develop work instruction or maintenance standard operating procedure (SOP) o To be expert and SPA in facilities to ensure best practices and new reliability improvement technology from network/vendor are implemented effective cross the site to improve site reliability, safety and cost efficiency ü Safety and integrity management o To execute assigned work order which includes routine inspection, repair, preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, according to related maintenance procedures and SOPs o To work with and supervise contractors to perform assigned maintenance work to meet our safety requirement and technical specification o Ensure all Safety Critical Equipment is clearly identified and maintained through a planned & proactive process of integrity management. o To report any unsafe condition, potential environmental problem, any opportunities to improve in his/her work area based on his/her knowledge, experience and lesson learnt o Monitor the building work material to ensure compliance with regulations and BP standards

？ Degree or equivalent Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Project Management ？ Proven track record, with the ability to analyse and assess complex problems from multiple dimensions (safety, business, regulatory, public relations, legal, environmental) and make wise decisions ？ Able to deeply understand site operations, observe and be connected to the work, provide support and take informed corrective action when appropriate, conforming with OMS requirements. ？ Strong project management skills & in depth knowledge of CVP Common Process ？ Working knowledge and experience on assurance of engineering integrity, like use of technical standard and assurance process, assessment and mitigation of risk, assurance of competency of personnel etc. ？ Working knowledge and skill on maintenance system and process, like preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment specific maintenance plan etc. ？ Previous experience of operations at multidisciplinary technology sites ？ Demonstrated safety leadership with a passion and track record of engaging the front line work force
