Day to Day Responsibilities: (must to fill)
•    Maintain the utility systems in the company, including water supply system, firefighting system, waste water treatment system, chemical material supply system, etc. 
•    Provide frontline troubleshooting of the system in fault condition with proper problem-solving techniques and restore back to its desired operating condition.
•    Coordinate and inspect construction from the vendor, to make sure the quality and reliability.
•    On site supplier management.
•    Monitor daily performance of facility equipment throughout plant.
•    Provide training for facility generic production worker. Lead production worker to finish related works as required.
•    Responsible for spare parts management system and localization.  
•    Emphasize safety in daily operation by strict adherence to applicable codes and standards.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in water supply and drainage engineering, chemical engineering & technology related major is preferring.
•    5 + years’ experience working in facility operations and maintenance in large-scale factories.
•    Work experience in multi-national companies.
•    Be familiar with facility systems and utilities in plant, especially for Water supply and drainage, but not limited to CDA（including compressor and dryer）system, HVAC system (hot water/cooling water and boiler), etc.
•    Rich hands-on experiences with facility operations and maintenance
•    Project management experience 
•    Mechanical engineering, manufacturing systems and technical expertise
