Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation of an assigned building
- Responsible for the management and supervision / coordination of all maintenance / contractors assigned to the building
- Handle renewal of term contracts and up-keeping of contractual records
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): fire safety management, mechanical, electrical
- Specialize in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Candidate must be able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
