Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily management and operation in facility and maintenance dept. Set up and implement for optimizing machine management procedure
• Guarantee the reliable running for facility and machines, identify equipment fault, perform prompt and efficient repairing, and complete relative maintenance record.
• In charge of TPM implementation and cost saving projects
• Perform regularly plant surveillance to make sure machines are in good order
• Guarantee the cleanness and tidiness and safety in facility areas
• Liaise with EHS to work on government regulations and customer audits
• Liaise with EHS on special equipment management and carry out safety audits
• Support site expansion project including new equipment expansion, conduct external vendors for construction tasks
• Prepare statistics and reports (KPI’s) and general maintenance reports and shop floor management
• Manage MRO stock for spare parts and inventory
• Other job arranged by up management team
• Technical knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities
• Team developing
• Provide F&M weekly report which includes KPI fulfillment, weekly/monthly utility cost trend chart...etc.

Job Requirement:

• Work under pressure with short deadlines and least supervision
• Systematic and analytic thinking’s.
• Good English in both spoken and written
• Bachelor degree in mechanic engineering or relevant
• Working experience in wood production machinery
• Working experience in metal production machinery
• Working experience in painting line and powder coating line
• Working experience in plant engineering including eccentricity/air compressor, AC, dust collector...etc.
• Strong hands on capability
• At least 8 years or above work experience in F&M management position
