Job Title: Facility & Maintenance Engineer Organization: VGGP Location: Turin HQ, Italy Primary Function: Primary function of the position is the coordination of all maintenance activities related with facility, infrastructure and equipment for the locations of Torino and Bosconero HQ, in line with all legal requisites and internal procedures. Essential Functions: A. Coordinates all activities of mechanical and electric maintenance for all the installations and equipment of the two facilities of Torino and Bosconero HQ B. Keeps site management updated on ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works, with particular attention to all issues linked with safety C. Guarantees the proper execution of the work, following internal procedures, guidelines and safety requirements D. Ensure proper maintenance for all electrical equipment and electrical cabinet of the facilities, following specific legal requirements E. Ensures the continuous improvement of the tools and equipment in use in all departments to improve work efficiency F. Proposes changes in the facility to improve daily activities (linked with machines) G. Keeps contacts with external parties to periodically revise all facilities installations (i.e. landlord) H. Has the responsibility for all department layouts and equipment move, whenever needed I. Defines and executes a preventive maintenance plan for all the machines and equipment of the facilities J. Keeps track of activities being performed and makes sure that timing is respected K. Makes sure of the right registration of all employees of external companies for the execution of maintenance work L. Implements Capital Plan for each year, keeping track of budget and timing. M.
