FM Manager within ACTC (Advanced Composite Technology Center) is responsible for the managing facility with technical expertise on building, equipment (water, electricity, and compressed air), etc.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for plant construction, project progress tracking负责工厂的建设，工程进度的跟踪

• Make & perform preventive and corrective maintenance measures for facility related.制定并执行设施预防性和纠正性维护措施

• Establish good maintenance records on trouble shooting for all facility and implement the standardization of facility maintenance 建立和执行设施维护的标准化，对所有设施建立良好的维修记录。

• Maintain and update the facility maintenance documents such as weekly, monthly & Yearly PM paper works 维护并更新设施维护文档比如周、月及年度保养计划。

• Summarize and analyze plant utility data , propose and implement action plans to reduce overall utility consumption.统计及分析工厂能源消耗数据并提出改善计划，实施改善并降低工厂能耗。

• Arrange facility guys to inspect and maintain the public facility and ensure they are always functioning well including air compressor system, HVAC, public lighting and firefighting systems etc.安排设施人员日常、周、月检查及维护工厂公共设施，确保公共设施有效运行，包括空压机系统、空调系统、照明、消防等。

• Support EHS related work. 支持ACTC EHS相关工作实施。

• Maintain good relationships with government agencies such as electricity bureau and firefighting bureau. 保持与政府部门良好的沟通，如电力、消防等

Required qualifications

1. Bachelor degree, Mechanical, electrical related education background.本科学历，具有机械电气等相关教育背景。

2. 5 years+ relevant working experience in facility maintenance and repairing.具有5年以上设施维护相关的管理经验

4. Fluent English in both spoken and written英语熟练

5. With a strong analysis and problem solving skills具有极强的分析和解决问题的能力
