The incumbent will assist the Head of Corporate Services to monitor & perform property management functions to upkeep the daily operation, repair & maintenance, warehouse management, security & safety of the facilities of the Headquarters/ Divisional Headquarters to ensure optimum performance and continued improvement. Ensure the attainment of quality services, energy efficiency, green management, OSH and compliance of prevailing building related ordinances and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of building management functions include daily operation, security, cleaning, warehouse management, landscaping services of the HKRC Headquarters and Shatin Bradbury centre, manage to upkeep facility conditions; provide facility management support to divisional headquarters
- Lead the entire tendering process (prepare tender documents, arrange tender interviews, complete analysis and evaluation etc.) and project management for service/contracts renewal
- Monitor the performance of the building management company, suggest improvement areas and value-added services
- Formulate respective policy & guideline on facility management
- To prepare budget for building management and propose management fee for the Headquarters
- Ensure compliance of prevailing building related ordinances and regulations
- Initiate environmental friendly solutions and lead the BEAM Plus accreditation program
- Conduct yearly fire drill and annual OSH audits, convey and promote OSH message to staff
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering, with professional qualification in Facility Management, Building Management, or related discipline
- At least 8 years solid experience in Property or Facility Management, with at least 5 years at supervisory level
- Solid experience in managing sizable facility complex (80,000 sq.ft. or above)
- Solid experience in project management/tendering process
- Experience in NGO environment and knowledge in BEAM accreditation will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, good interpersonal skill and with client service orientation
