Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 515pm 
Location: Near Joo Koon MRT station, walking distance 
Reporting to: Director, Facilities & EHS / Sustainability 


Position Summary:

This position will be primarily responsible for infrastructure and facilities at the Single Use Technology (SUT) bioproduction manufacturing site planned at 3A Joo Koon Circle. The manager shall anticipate, strategize, plan, budget, and schedule facility maintenance and repair, modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.

This position will lead and execute building space allocation and layout, maintenance/repair of building/building infrastructure. This position will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function by performing the following duties:

• Managing contractors and outsourced services

• Work closely with Global Real Estate team on lease matters and project implementation

• Conduct site space planning for optimization, site density, employee engagement

• Drive quality delivery, productivity and cost savings of all site services including: janitorial, cafeteria, security, reception, landscaping, and break room operations

• Influences on optimization of work request and preventative/predictive maintenance system and activities

• Monitor utilities spending and drive energy/water/gas conservation initiatives

• Implements programs and strategy in line with/by Global Facilities and Global Security & Business Continuity plan (BCM)

• Impart knowledge and skill to team member and implement best practice

***The position will be a part of the overall Singapore Facilities team and collaborate on cross-site projects.





Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with minimally 10 years of clean room environment facilities management experience
• Technically sound with infrastructure, maintenance, overall facilities management skills, etc. 
• Candidates from Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical industries highly preferred 
• People management skills - incumbent will be required to manage either an outsourced/in-house team of facilities employees (10-12 headcounts)
• Occasional overseas travels - less than 10% frequency
