Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To assist Facility Manager in day-to-day operations, administration and handling documents
- To build up and maintain good relationships with clients
- To handle enquiries and complaints from clients
- To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors
- To converse with the client and onsite team in Cantonese and English
- To perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Holder of Degree / Diploma in property management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4-5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Service-minded, mature, independent, self-motivated
- Good analytical, communication, planning & organizing skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well versed in Microsoft Windows applications
