Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To assist Facility Manager in day-to-day operations, administration and handling documents
  • To build up and maintain good relationships with clients
  • To handle enquiries and complaints from clients
  • To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors
  • To converse with the client and onsite team in Cantonese and English
  • To perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Holder of Degree / Diploma in property management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
  • Service-minded, mature, independent, self-motivated
  • Good analytical, communication, planning & organizing skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well versed in Microsoft Windows applications
