Job Description
-不断完善公司各类行政类规章制度,做到有法可依,有章可循,并做好制度的执行、跟踪和检查工作,发现问题及时与各部门主管沟通解决; -负责公司的考勤管理,确保考勤的准确性和及时性; -负责大型会议准备及各类来客接待工作,车辆调度及司机管理; -负责公司食堂管理,确保员工用餐质量和卫生状况; -负责公司环境绿化管理,保证公司环境处于良好的状态; -负责前台人员及工作的管理; -负责办公大楼、车间及厂区清洁卫生的检查与监督、维护及后勤供应工作,妥善处理垃圾及废品,保持公司良好的形象及秩序; -负责公司安全保卫工作,抓好外包保安公司及人员的管理工作; -根据公司精益的目标,积极贯彻有关5S实施标准,推动办公室5S工作,并实施对办公室的5S检查工作; -负责行政人员的绩效评估与改善行动,训练和指导下属,组建优秀团队 -协助组织员工做好防盗、防火、防治安灾害事故的工作; -其它行政后勤工作,如组织员工活动等; -在其它人事人员较忙时提供帮助和支持,并做好主管安排的其它工作。 -负责办公区域内的所有装修事宜。 -负责行政OA系统相关事宜。 Qualifications -专科以上学历 -至少5年以上的企业行政管理经验,有项目经验优先 -熟练运用计算机处理办公事宜 -作风正派,坚持原则,积极主动,有较强的沟通协调能力 Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
