Responsible for new or expanded factory equipment layout, set up, installations and related budget planning & controlling.

Plant facilities capital asset review.

Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance program to ensure the building, grounds, equipment under good operation status and timely repair per requirements within the budget

Regularly conducts site inspections, and interacts with employees regarding issues of maintenance and repair of building, grounds facilities

Assists site manager and other team in the negotiations and management of facility vendor contracts, including but not limited to, shuttle bus\laundry\landscaping, janitorial services, security services and building maintenance contractors; troubleshooting, as needed

Serves on the SSHE team, assisting with the development of fire evacuation and disaster response policies and procedures, as is appropriate to the respective work sites, providing training on safety issues, scheduling and monitoring the regular evacuation exercises.

Tracks and maintains current records for all Governmental and insurance inspections of buildings, grounds, environment as scheduled

Collaborates with BU department of clients to repair and maintenance projects.

Manages office layouts, office allocation and space utilization in conjunction with clients HR, functional directors etc.
