Introduction

Per headcount booming to 1000x with HMI & Cymer collocation in Hsinchu in 2019. the office space with facility enlarged 2.5x after relocation. it is necessary to hire 1 more FTE to support facility management. from 3 headcount (1 project, 1 operation mgt, 1 reception) to 4 headcount in Hsinchu

Job Mission

The department Facility Management is the Landlord of the ASML buildings (offices, premises and Industrial Sites). We facilitate ASML employees, customers, suppliers and visitors to provide optimal working conditions in a safe and comfortable environment. Facility coordinator’s job mission is to ensure continuously business operation of facility management and soft service in Hsinchu office

Job Description

Facility coordination and soft service

  • Receptionist and operator for Hsinchu office
  • Manage and monitor 3rd party service quality
  • Facility coordination and misc. procurement and dispatch and control
  • Client user of badge system and Janitorial control
  • Interface with landlord and stakeholders
  • catering, cleaning, ISO14001 support,
  • layout support and office occupancy
  • incident report follow up

Education

Bachelor above

Experience

1 year in Facility management

Personal skills

  • Good in English listening, speaking, reading & writing skill
  • Good at office: excel, power-point, word
  • Competency in office facility management
