Job Description
- Facility equipment account and make the annual maintenance plan;
- Facility project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors;
- Monitor and inspent the achievement of agreed maintenance plan;
- Space management and coordination;
- Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation;
- Checking that agreed work by electrician or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
- Smart way to deal with emergency case and minimum disruption to core activities;
- Spare parts management;
- Safety Health Environment relative work;
