Mission: - Drive new additional system & application technology to support business and increase OEM market share; 引领拓展新的系统和新的应用技术，增加西门子解决方案在OEM中的市场份额； - Build up deeply personal and team branch technology, IT&OT integration, digital virtual commissioning, and mechatronic analysis competence as key know-how; 建立深厚的个人和团队行业应用技术、IT&OT 数据集成、数字化虚拟调试、机电一体化分析为核心技能； - Build up local standard application and branch know-how with headquarter team; 构建区域行业标准应用，与总部技术团队保持密切沟通； - Implement & support applications for focused OEM branch segments (solar, textile, rubber, packaging, metal-forming...) with technical consulting, application design, implementation and commissioning; 为重点关注行业的OEM客户（太阳能机械、纺织机械、橡胶机械、包装机械、压力机 ... ）提供技术咨询、应用设计、实施 及调试支持； - In key and difficult projects, the application of artificial intelligence and edge computing in OEM side is closely combined. 在重难点项目上紧密结合人工智能及边缘计算在OEM端的应用； - Support SI in OEM market and strengthen their application and branch know-how. 为SI、OEM客户提供支持，并加强其应用和行业关键技术能力。 Task: - Familiar with Automation PLC & Drive products; - Delivering clarification on technical configuration and designing pre-sale support; - Problem solving during designing, installation and commissioning; - Working out reference for application knowledge accumulation base on the pilot machine; - Customized training for key customer; - Commissioning for key or pilot project. Knowledge: - 1-3 years experience in automation/motion area; - Solar/Packaging/Textile/Rubber machine experience is preferred; - Broad knowledge in motion control, SIMOTION/T-CPU product knowledge is preferred; - Fluency in reading & writing English; - Good communication skill; - Good summarize and documentation capability.
