Apply now! Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Specialist to be hired for our FA (Factory Automation) business in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. Via this role, you will become the trusted advisor that will assist our field-based resources and sales channel to drive awareness, and enablement within the industrial market. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Sales Specialist is a member of the FA team that would assist the sales force to pursue market-based expansion, drive awareness, consult on projects and utilize Siemens Product master data along with our engineering software tools for further promotion of our portfolio to the market. Your Challenge Maximize market exploitation for automation & network portfolio and identify market opportunities in order to win new business. Define focus customers, develop key customers and align sales approach. Receives and supports requests from customers creating offerings and solutions based on automation & network portfolio Field based awareness and training for customers, partners, and channel as well as sales colleagues Coordination and collaboration with domestic and international colleagues for best practices sharing, updates, and training Research and ongoing knowledge expansion of new automation & network products Up to 20% domestic travel required with possible international travel Explore market transparency for the automation & network market Provide pre-sales support for assigned portfolios for all sales channels What you need to bring with you Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn 3 years experience and expertise in automation & network products Previous experience with Siemens automation & network Products, programming with Software TIA Portal, will be a plus Results/ Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions Self-starter with aggressive energy to accomplish assigned tasks on time Ability to articulate relevant value messaging across various stakeholders Understanding customer’s quality expectations to continuously improving customers’ satisfaction Excellent time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills Technical writing experience and presentation development Proven promotional and consulting role experience Fluent in both English and Greek, written and spoken Dynamic and resilient with Strong work ethic, organizational skills and customer orientation What can we further offer?
