### Job Responsibilities
I. Overall responsibility for factory operations
1. Responsible for the construction of the U.S. factory from scratch;
2. Formulate and implement the factory's annual business plan to ensure the completion of various indicators assigned by the group company;
3. Organize and supervise the implementation of production plans to ensure that production tasks are completed on time and meet order delivery requirements;
4. Manage the factory's supply chain, design and improve procurement, warehousing, distribution and delivery processes to ensure the effective operation of the supply chain system.
II. Production management and quality control
1. Formulate and implement production management systems and processes to improve production efficiency and product quality;
2. Supervise the production process to ensure compliance with safety, environmental protection and quality standards, and promptly handle problems in production;
3. Promote lean production management, optimize production processes and reduce production costs.
III. Team building and staff management
1. Responsible for the construction and management of the production team, and improve employees' enthusiasm and work efficiency;
2. Make fair rewards and punishments for employees based on their work performance, and regularly evaluate employees' abilities to provide support for talent echelon construction.
### Job Requirements
1. Fluent in English; work location is the West Coast of California, USA; priority is given to those with work experience in the same country or holding a long-term visa for the same country;
2. Familiar with food production processes, quality and cost control; priority is given to those with experience in building and operating factories from scratch;
3. Salary is open for discussion.
