Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the operation and management of the factory according to the annual development plan and dealing with external relations on behalf of the company;

2. Organize and establish the production and operation system, quality assurance system, cost control system, assessment system and various systems and processes of the factory, and supervise and ensure the efficient and normal operation;

3. Organize, implement, supervise and control various processes, quality, equipment, cost and output indicators in the production process;

Job Qualification:

1. College degree or above, can seamlessly switch between Chinese and English, understand Indian culture, familiar with local customs;

2. Have more than 5 years' experience in production management, more than 3 years' experience as production manager or factory director;

3. Familiar with production operation and management, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management and logistics management;

4. Strong organization, management and coordination ability, able to comprehensively command the production and daily work of the whole factory; Strong decision-making and control ability;

5. Familiar with 5S site management, with comprehensive production concept and rich production practice experience.
