Factory Manager

* less experienced candidates will also be considered as Production Manager *

Duties:

• Supervise the daily operation of the production line, production plan, quality and delivery schedule
  
• Develop and execute strategies and enhance the efficiency from order to production
• Define and maintain policies and procedures for effective management control
• Lead the departments in the factory to enhance production yield performance

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 10 years or above of solid related working experience and 5 years in managerial level
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Stationed at factory located at South East Asia
