Responsibilities

• Supervise the sewing and plastic production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality


• Ensure reliable production planning, cost estimate and material utilization


• Monitor product standards and implement qualirt control programmes


• Ensure on-time product and delivery


• Liaise and work with concerned parties, adminstration, merchandising, logistics on production and delivery issuses


• Support the manufacture in ensuring compliance with industry certification of compliance


• Supervise and review worker performance, and motivate teamwork

Requirements

• Form 5 or above


• 8-10 years equivalent solid working experience in cut & sewn, plastic manufacturing (experience in manufacturing of infant wear is highly preferred) with the last 5 years holding a managerial role in sizable factory


• Good knowledge in production technique and operation, including cost control, quality control, etc


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Ability to make production and logistics planning and ensure their promt execution


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong leadership ability and able to work independently


• Good communication and presentation skills


• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
