Responsibilities:
- Planning and control the production schedule
- Review and adjust the schedule when needed
- Manage material resources to meet production targets
- Work out operating procedures for production operations
- Maintain product quality standards
- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality

Requirements:
- Degree or High Diploma Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Product Engineering
- At least 3 years factory management experience in production material planning & cost control
- Highly motivated individual with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in assembly, plastic injection & metal stamping preferred
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Willing to station and work at Dongguan
