Job Description

We are looking for someone who will manage programs of large (and/or of global) scope, impact and complexity that focus on the Capital Supply Chain transformation. This role will set direction for programs directly related to important business operations to meet goals of strategic significance. You will integrate with team members to collaborate on the reengineering and business transformation for the end to end supply chain management processes. You may be asked to understand inter dependencies and drive integration among multiple projects, teams, and internal/external stakeholders to deliver industry standards and best practices into the capital supply chain space. Additionally, it is required that you are able to make decisions at the program level. Individual will handle cross organizational programs of broad scope and complexity usually managing a core team.

Successful candidates will have experience interacting with and influencing Senior Management and as well familiarity with Agile methodology utilized by IT. Manufacturing sourcing and procurement experience is preferred. PMP and/or APICs certification and/or desire to obtain is also required. Experience in Total Change Management (TCM) and Business Process Management (BPM) is a plus. Challenging status quo and initiative and passion to drive smart change using data is essential to the job. The nature of transformation requires innovation and the ability to drive clarity in a complex environment. A successful candidate will thrive in an environment of ambiguity and drive for simplification between business processes and systems.

  


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below  

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study
  • 5+ years of Leadership experience in Project/Program Management or its relevant equivalency or
  • 5+ years of Leadership experience managing cross-IT and enterprise level engagements or
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain/Finance/Planning experience.
  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile project management.
  • Knowledge of Total Change Management (TCM) methodology and tools.
  • PMP certification or equivalent will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean/Sig Sigma Certifications will be considered a plus).
  • Advanced education or APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiarity with Sourcing Master data, Intel/Supplier business processes and comfortable engaging directly with external suppliers

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
