Factory Supply Chain Manager - Lebanon, TN

 

The Flow Manager is responsible for effectively planning and scheduling the factory to optimize service to customers and performance of the factory. This role sits on the Factory Leadership Team and carries additional responsibilities for ensuring that the factory and region delivers its overall objectives. The individual is a visible leader of the site. The Flow Manager is responsible for delivering these objectives through effective leadership, engagement, and development of their team and collaboration with others. Building a strong team to deliver sustained performance and improvement over time.

 

What are we looking for?

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain and / or Factory Operations
  • Successful experience in leading, managing and developing a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills (mathematical aptitude and information filtering)
  • Financial / Planning background
  • Lean/ Continuous Improvement background

 

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Guarantee and apply ISO 9001, FSS/ISO22000, Mars Standards, and all related working procedures
• Develop, implement and maintain the HACCP program in the department
• Insure GMP-GHP in the area
• Update Flowchart and Hazard Analysis
• Analysis of results for verification activities, internal and external audits
• Implement, maintain oPrPs in the department
• Manage no-conformities (decide, put on hold, isolate, destruct), analyze for root causes and undertake correctives actions
• Main contact plant traceability
