1. Holding production team accountable for driving customer satisfaction through meeting or exceeding the customer expectations in terms of on time delivery and product quality requirements.

2. Except for production management, the plant manager should supervise the daily routine activities related to in-process quality control, equipment maintenance and daily production planning through closing coordination with functional managers.

3. Driving basic discipline deployment through all levels of management to reach high levels of 5S management & safety.

4. Facilitate other supporting team members to realize quick response issues happened in production workshop.

5. Ensure the KPIs defined be executed effectively while for motivating the team and supporting the company’s strategic goals.

6. Driving the structured tier reviews to address on the daily basis the issues raised for efficiency, process defects, machine breakdown and safety.

7. Provide production managers & supervisors with proper on job coaching & motivation.

8.Communicate with cross-functional team members in terms of demand fluctuation, people recruitment, technical support and new product introduction.

9.Responsible for cost control of production consumables and other expenses related to production.

10. Driving continuous improvement activities in all production areas for improving safety, quality, efficiency and delivery.

11.Ensure visual management practices are maintained properly in all workshops.

Position of qualification and requirement

1. Bachelor / major in electronic engineer or mechanical engineer or process engineer

2. Good command of writing and spoken English

3. Experience of managing a factory

4. Work experiences in the field of LCD/LCM or electronic products

5. Good facilitating & organizing skills.

6. Aggressive leadership style with capable coaching & mentoring skill.

7. Can work under pressure.

8. Good skills at improvement in factory and PFMEA

9. Age: 30~45
