Job Description
- Provide timely and accurate failure analysis on customer returns, and reliability failures
- Work closely with R&D to provide failure analysis on design verification and debug
- Interact with cross functions and Engineering teams to proactively determine FA needs
- Manage Lab equipment and understand the progresses of advanced applications in the industry
- Work closely with World Wide FA Lab for resource and experience sharing
- Continuously optimize and develop FA techniques, setup new capabilities in local lab
- Support the quality assurance system and involve in technical activities.

About the Job
Be responsible for integrated circuit failure analysis by techniques of electrical verification, fault isolation and physical analysis to determine root cause and /or failure mechanisms. The ideal candidate will have solid and hands-on experience in IC failure analysis with knowledge of device physics, wafer fabrication, IC assembly & testing. Basic knowledge of analog circuit design and applications is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in circuit design, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronic, Physics, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in failure analysis, product engineering or testing engineering in semiconductor industry
- Hands on experience in common FA techniques, including I-V curve, bench test, OM, De-capsulation, De-processes and advanced equipment EMMI/OBRICH, X-Ray, SAM, SEM, FIB & etc.
- Bench setup capability for advanced fault isolation thru understanding the information of testing and design
- Solid knowledge in device physics, wafer fabrication processes, IC assembly & testing. Basic knowledge of analog circuit design and applications is a plus
- Fluent in English for report writing and verbal communication
- Good communication & interpersonal skills to support both internal and external customers
- Self motivated and self starting individual
