1. Troubleshooting at NAND flash memory component level. Interfacing with design, process, product, test and reliability engineering teams to solve problems.

2. Providing feedback and clarifies issues to customers.

3. Bachelor degree or higher in engineering.

4. Working experience on NAND flash memory or SSD system level is preferred.

5. Programming experience in C/C++ is a plus
