Job Description

Hands on and perform physical failure analysis on baseline, yield improvement, customer return, FT, QA and Rel. rejects Capable in die and package level de-processing methodology includes decapsulation, silicon thinning, delayering, cross section and dry and wet etching Capable SEM microscopy, Nanoprobing, FIB circuit edit and EDX elemental analysis Provide expertise and input to cross functional engineering departments in identification of failure mechanism and potential cause of failure Responsible to ensure FA equipment is well maintained and chemical lab safety compliance Provide leadership in FA new technique development and best known method


Qualifications

Bachelor or master's degree in Microelectronics, Physics, Electronic Engineering or Material Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in semiconductor industry Knowledgeable in advance wafer / device level CMOS and analogue circuitry, silicon processing, semiconductor device physics and VLSI circuits Demonstrate strong analytical, in depth fault isolation capability, and drive for conclusive root cause Experience in handling FESEM, Nanoprobing, Dual beam FIB, EDX, Decapsulator, Sample Preparation tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
