JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet and bid farewell to guests in a friendly, courteous manner. Offer buffet and menu options, take orders, and serve food in an efficient manner, Offer drinks, pre, during and after meal service

• Provide personalized assistance to Fairmont Gold guests including but not limited to: the setting up and breakdown of all food and beverage presentations (breakfast, bar service and canapés), and ensuring complete set up of the boardroom
• Ensure FIFO and cleanliness in the pantry, and lounge, are observed

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field
• 6 – 12 months in a food service position, similar operations style
• Retail or customer interaction experience
• Food and /or beverage knowledge
