Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure that Fairmont Gold Standards and Operating Policies and Procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure the highest possible revenues are generated for Fairmont Gold, i.e monitor additional person and boardroom rental charges
  • Monitor Fairmont Gold status, track and forecast daily, weekly and monthly Fairmont Gold occupancy levels and plan the Fairmont Gold section accordingly
  • The Fairmont Gold Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of guest services in the daily operation of the Fairmont Gold section, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • A minimum of two years, 5 star hotel Front Office experience; Previous experience in a supervisory capacity is an advantage
  • An operational knowledge and proficiency in Front Office Systems-Micros-Fidelio and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual in English & local language
  • Active member of Les Clefs D’Or is an asset
