• Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine
• Completion of residency training in Family Medicine (or Equivalent) at a hospital and program acceptable to the Department Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer
• Minimum 3 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred, and more than 1 year international clinical training is preferred.

Responsibilities:
 Examine, diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases and injuries within the scope of Family Medicine in both the outpatient and inpatient setting.
 Prepare and review case histories and obtain data through interviews. Examine patients and determine x-ray examination and clinical laboratory tests required. Interpret test results and evaluate examination findings.
 Conduct ward rounds and prescribe therapy. Administer and prescribe treatment such as antibiotics, drugs, and compresses.
 Perform minor surgical procedures. Determine need for and assist in specialized medical care and treatment.
 Work on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other Family Medicine Physicians and Chief Medical Officer.
 Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer in supporting facility goals
 May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Chief Medical Officer.
Language Skills:
• Fluency in English required
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred
