Mission:

Integrate the global fashion trend, as well as deeply understand Cache Cache DNA, lead the design team in order to deliver a collection of fashion products which will appeal to the Cache Cache Chinese consumers’ demand and which will allow the company to achieve TO target.

Key Duties & Activities:

• Understand the brand vision and strategy set by the company, keep on implement it in day to day design work and customer projects
• Find, understand global fashion trend in the world, transfer into Cache Cache DNA from the international & domestic market trends, and update it after catwalk
• Online & Offline trend sourcing and developing for Cache Cache trend

Research print, pattern and color trend direction – constantly staying up-to-date on what is happening in the market relevant to Cache Cache brand DNA & customers

• Build and maintain relationships with key strategic business partners, suppliers and fabric mills
• Leading the whole design team to cooperate with Product & Production team to create & build Cache Cache collection
• Communication with Marketing & VM team to make sure related team get the proper key product message of each season
• Cooperate with Sales & E-com team to find out Cache Cache customer and China Market needs
• Lead the design process by controlling the workload and structuring the daily activities within the design team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Fashion design

• 8-10 year working experience in fashion design

• Preferred previous experience in fast fashion companies

• Strong knowledge of the Chinese market and commercial sense

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Detail-oriented, independent, and well organized.

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment and to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
