Overview of Work:

Deal with all the daily things of new fashion design, do a good job in implementing the ideas and development plans of fashion product design every season, collect the latest fashion style information in the market, and design the fashion style suitable for market on time.

Job description:

1. Work under the arrangement and guidance of the manager of the developing department, implement the work decisions of the leaders, abide by the various systems of the company and the department, and complete the work tasks on time;

2. Responsible for new product design and drawing.

3. Be responsible for the production and tracking of products designed by yourselves, cooperate with garment manufacturers and communicate with each other to ensure the development of new products is more successful.

4. Keep abreast of the needs of the market and customers, and make targeted research and development;

5. Call on department manager and relevant personnel to review the sample clothes, seek suggestions for modification, and examine whether the sample material is in line with the theme style to be embodied, and modify and finalize the sample according to the actual situation.

6. Call in the internal staff and customers after sample development, and give the number to the management staff, and write out the file of process requirements and material requirements.

7. Attend relevant company meetings and provide information for consultation.

8. Cooperate to accomplish other unexpected tasks arranged by the Department manager.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
