【Responsibilities】

1. Assist in completing the direction of the quarterly pattern planning with Creative Director, and analyze the pattern trend in combination with the current fashion trends;
2. Responsible for controlling the overall design effect of the pattern design department, and do a good job in the management of team personnel;
3. Complete the fabric pattern design plan based on the overall planning proposal;
4. Ensure the integrity and matching of fabric patterns;
5. Guarantee the effect of fabric and ready-to-wear required by the designer;
6. Complete the quarterly patterns design and craft work;
7. Complete the formulation and design proofing of the quarterly accessories design proposal.


【Qualifications】

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in fashion design or relate to Art;
2. Strong sensitivity to fashion elements with great power to design and process clothing patterns;
3. According to the style position of brand, the pattern design is combined with the style of the clothing, and the pattern can be derived;
4. Familiar with all kinds of clothing technology, proficient in the production process of clothing printing and embroidery technology;
5. Unique creative idea with strong creative thinking and innovation ability;
6. Better drawing ability, including hand drawing and computer drawing;
7. Proficient in using Coreldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related drawing software;
8. Has great attention to teamwork awareness, good communication and coordination skills with teamwork.
