Job responsibilities:
1) Discover, develop and design different styles conforming to our brand positioning and themes at different stage. Help make quarterly designing plans as well as goals, which can be fulfilled.
2) Be responsible for the material selection, material use, color matching and material matching. Make product designing plans including fashion elements, use of materials, styles, patterns in accordance with the general company direction.
3) Follow up the styles quantity, choices of material and pattern, samples before production. Provide the factory with details to make sure a smooth production workflow.
4) Do research on the fashion trend, customer needs, sales status of competitors to optimize our product line.
5) Keep track of the sales status of our products on the market, cooperate with varied departments to solve any problem that occur during the sale process.

Job Requirements:
1) Full-time bachelor degree, Major in fashion design, at least 1 year independent design experience in women's wear, experience in well-known underwear brand is preferred;
2) Familiar with design apps such as AI、PS、CorelDRAW; capable of innovative design; have good control on the whole design and develop process; have your own insight into the fashion trend.
3) Capable of capturing fashion elements on the market; Deep understanding of the latest trend of colors, pattern, fabric and so on.
4) Familiar with each part of the production procedure including clothing fabric, accessories, bras making craft and sample confirming before mass production.
5) Do search on the bra and product-related market trend, able to adjust design based on information collected.
6) Responsible, self-driven, team player.
