Job Description
Position: Senior Designer
Company: A fashion dress Company
Reporting to: Design Director/ Creative Director
Location: Beijing, China

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Architect with interest or experience in branding or a designer with experience in Shop Space design
2. Experienced in agency work focused on trade shows, events, have successfully
3. Be able to turn brand concepts into innovative spatial ideas and concepts
4. Familiar with the specific demands of global branding and adapting brands to local markets and high-volume branding space, effective at implementing these insights in project work
5. Have a problem solving approach, used to deliver the results of visual fashion and have experience in preparing and delivering presentations
6. Report directly to the Design Director or the Creative Director

JOB QUALIFICATIONS -MUST HAVES:
1. A degree in architecture or interior design
2. At least 5 years’ professional experience
3. Experience in transforming brands into three-dimensional experiences
4. Knowledge of materials and detailed planning
5. Knowledge of all production and implementation phases from the initial drawings to final completion
6. Experience in on site supervision
7. Management of sub-projects in the design-process, interface with other specialized departments and suppliers
8. Preparation and delivery of presentations (on the phone, digitally, in person)
9. Very good written and spoken English, proficiency in Mandarin is a must
10. Proficiency in current graphics programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and common drawing and 3D software (3ds Max, AutoCAD, Sketchup)
11. A motivating team player
12. A creative sparring partner for the design team
13. A good feel for trends
