• Drive Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) and standard execution framework for the foreign feeder operators in LOC coverage.

• Improve E2E service delivery by keep the feeder schedule and optimize the connection with mother vessel.

• Build, maintain and develop excellent relationship with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

• Update and maintain feeder Pro-forma and schedule in systems.

• Emergency handling and contingency planning to protect safe and efficient feeder operations at sea / at port.

• Analyse and drive RPA for Marine process, data, applications and system without changing current IT landscape.

• Assist and attend team dynamic operation duty in case business requires. Also act as shift coordinator for better handover and efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

1.IT/ Programming background.

2.The ideal candidate will be a person who has an outgoing and convincing personality. A person with knowledge in process excellence and experience in robotic process automation solution. With a skill of time management and spirit of result orientation, who can also lead a virtual team in an international working environment.
