Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure Executive Safety
Master advanced driving techniques and traffic regulations.
Maintain high vigilance during transit to guarantee the Managing Director's safety.
Route & Schedule Management
Coordinate optimal routes based on the Managing Director’s agenda and business needs.
Ensure efficient and punctual transportation.
Vehicle Maintenance
Conduct regular inspections (engine oil, brake fluid, tire pressure, etc.).
Maintain vehicles in peak operational condition.
Security Compliance
Verify anti-theft systems, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
Ensure vehicle security across all road conditions.
Executive Support
Align travel plans with the Managing Director’s schedule.
Facilitate timely attendance at business engagements.
Records Management
Maintain accurate driving logs and vehicle service reports.
Provide documentation for administrative audits when required.
General Assistance
Proactively support cross-departmental tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Licensing & Experience
≤ 35 years old.
Valid Hong Kong Driver’s License (Class C1) with 5+ years of professional driving experience.
Competencies
Mentally agile with exceptional accountability.
Calm temperament, reliability, and impeccable time management.
Work Ethic
Patient and responsive to dynamic scheduling.
Proactive in executing superior’s directives.
