Job Description
Company Profile:
Our client is major construction company located in all of China’s major cities. They build apartments, villas, condos, etc. While constructing the buildings, a showroom is created, which has a model of the finished building. Sales are conducted in this showroom during the construction process. They are currently looking for doorman serve their potential customers at this showroom.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure upmost customer satisfaction.
2. Answer telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner, route incoming calls to appropriate persons or takes messages.
3. Greet customers, determine the purpose of their visit, direct them to desired location or notify appropriate staff.
4. Respond to inquiries such as those concerning office contacts, locations and appointment by providing current information. Also respond to customer questions with appropriate knowledge linked to the development projects in question.
5. Provide consumer based knowledge, where ever appropirate
6. Other tasks given by line manager
Requirements
1. All nationalities are welcome to apply
2. Fluent in English, conversational level of Mandarin Chinese
3. Available to work 5-6 days a week
4. Have a pleasant personality
5. Must hold a degree or diploma related to job
Starting date: ASAP 2014
Salary: 8,000 after tax RMB per month based on interview and experiences
