University English Teacher – Huaibei City, Anhui Province

Position: One full-time Oral English lecturer
Location: A well-established university in Huaibei, Anhui Province
Teaching Load
• No more than 16 teaching hours per week (45 minutes per class)
• No office hours required – weekends off
• Students: 18–22 years old, enthusiastic university majors
Your Role
• Deliver engaging, student-centered spoken-English classes
• Encourage cross-cultural communication and critical thinking
Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly salary: 15,000 RMB (12-month payment)
• Overtime: 100 RMB per additional 45-minute class
• Housing: Free, fully-furnished single apartment on or near campus
• Utilities: Free water, electricity, and broadband internet (drinking water & cooking gas excluded)
• Flight allowance: 10,000 RMB per academic year
• Comprehensive commercial medical insurance paid by the university
• Work visa, residence permit, and all government paperwork handled and funded by the university
• Paid winter & summer vacations plus all Chinese public holidays
Requirements
• Native-level English speaker with a bachelor’s degree or above
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or two years’ teaching experience preferred
• Passionate about higher education and cultural exchange
