Want in? We are hiring for a Field Account Manager to be supporting a set of
Large Enterprise customers. This is a customer facing position and you will be
traveling domestically about 50% of the time, mostly focusing on the Stockholm
region.
Your responsibilities include:
• Manage the total customer relationship; responsible for revenue, wallet
share, customer satisfaction and driving growth in assigned accounts
• Maintain executive relationships
• Lead account planning and opportunity identification; Customer relationship
skills and experience, to promote and enable a thorough understanding of their
business goals and objectives
• Identify complex problems; work with other functions and/or team members to
generate & coordinate solutions
• Adapt communications and approaches to drive negotiations to conclusion with
various parties, resulting in common agreements
• Analyze new situations; anticipate potential problems and future trends;
assess opportunities’ impacts and risks
• Define problems, diagnose causes, identify solutions and create action plans
• Apply creativity and judgment in developing new approaches and solutions
You will report to Sweden Enterprise Management and will be collaborating
with an Inside Sales Representative.
#### Position Requirements:
• 5-7 years relevant Sales experience within the PC business
• Knowledge of the Swedish IT customer and partner landscape
• Ability to cooperate with internal teams
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English
