Job Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team on technical requirements from customer.
• Understands customer's problems (needs and wants), capture design requirements and feedback to factory to meet customer needs and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Conducts relevant application support service trainings and co-trainer in customer training.
• Works as a dependable part of a larger project team.
• Participate in project team discussion and be able to actively provide constructive suggestion for the improvement of process/product design.
• Understands and applies Solution Planning & Implementation standards.
• Build and establish strong relationships with factory to co-develop solutions to IPG related problems.
• Take initiative to own and solve specific customer issues.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience on any test sockets (Contactors).
• Good knowledge of semiconductor assembly and test industry.
• Good knowledge of test sockets (Contactors), and Loadboard/Probecard debugging.
• Self-Motivated and a team player.
• Customer-oriented attitude and approach.
• Willing to take on new challenges and learning
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and support customers globally

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in electronics and electrical engineering from a recognized university.
• Good command of written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of using MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint) is mandatory.

Added advantage with knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
