Job duties:
1、Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation in CHINA region by aligning with the requirement of HQ.
2、Editing and updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
3、Gathering & analyze customer feedback and share with our Quality and Research Deps.
4、Conduct internal technical training sessions.

Job Requirements:
1、1 year training in ITALY after entry.
2、Bachelor’s degree or above.
3、A major in medical engineering or similar is preferred.
4、Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in English.
5、Strong leadership and interpersonal skills、Superb attention to detail, A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
