Responsibility：
1. Responsible for the installation, debugging, warranty, and maintenance of equipment purchased by customers.

2. Responsible for organizing and providing feedback on equipment issues at customer sites, collecting and tracking feedback from customers, and providing feedback to relevant departments to continuously improve service quality and ensure continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

3. Proficient in using the EasyCluster platform and related software to master the electrical principles of machine software, drawings, and familiar with the machine debugging process. Able to identify problems that arise during the debugging process, accurately locate problem points, and provide timely feedback to achieve product control upgrades.

4. Responsible for summarizing and sharing customer on-site problem reports.

5. Assist various departments in conducting pre factory equipment reviews and important on-site customer meetings, and provide feedback on technical issues raised by clients.

Requirement
1. Mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, automation, industrial control and other related majors.

2. Having experience in after-sales work/semiconductor industry experience is preferred.

3. Proficient in using OFFICE office software; Having experience in equipment debugging and maintenance.

4. Has good communication skills, excellent hands-on skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. In case of emergency, high or high-intensity continuous work is acceptable.
