• Provide pre-sales support to sales team for LV and drive products, help sales team to clear technical roadblock to realize new sales revenue.
• Provide after sales support to customer include solution, installation, training and so on.
• Improve service to customer, collect customer requirement information to help operation team to set right stock level to shorten the lead time
• Collect the regional competition information in the market, provide adequate information to marketing team and sales team when necessary
• Provide competition information to pricing team at individual customer, suggest right price to convert customer
• Segment study, know the segment features identify the potential opportunity
• Provide product/application training to sales team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering
• 5+years related experience in LV and Drive products technical support, or related role e.g.
• Being sensitive to business opportunities
• Good communication skill
• Initiative and positive
• Work under pressure
• Oral/Written English will be a plus
