Job Objective

• To develop and engage in various field-based innovative digital projects to optimize business opportunities and to reach out to HCPs that can't be covered by existing resources
• To explore future opportunities in developing and improving new customer and patient solutions
• Field-based digital specialist (remote detailer) is responsible for remote detail target brand by providing scientific information to customers through remote channeled dialogues (and face-to-face communication if necessary) to ensure additional scientific value in hybrid channel

Responsibilities

• Remote detailing launch preparation in terms of segmentation and targeting, software solution and forming strategy etc.
• Set up and launch pilot remote detailing program with effective KPI setup and use of resources with effective budget planning
• Strong collaboration required with field force to develop and implement call plans
• Assist in development of customer centric digital detailing contents with brand team for each therapeutic area (Bone, Cardiovascular, Hematology and Oncology) with product specialty to meet the business objectives
• Communicate with health care professionals (e.g. untapped customers and limited call density customers) to deliver scientific information of remote detail target brand through remote communication platform as well as face-to-face engagement if necessary
• Constantly improve virtual communication and presentation skill
• Enroll of target customer registration with consent capture and make best effort for customer retention
• Gather customer feedback on remote detailing system, contents and competency of remote detailer
• Long-term target with virtual engagement for clinic sector, Pharmacy channel exploration, chatbot platform setup and launch of Telehealth etc.

Qualifications

• BA degree with strong academic background (registered pharmacist, registered nurse is preferred)
• Customer facing or remote detail experience is preferred
• Excellent presentation skill
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, Good command of English
• Impeccable ethics and integrity
• Experience producing business results
