Position: Field Based Marketing Manager (Bone)
Job Objective
- Lead the successful launch of field-based marketing team for bone portfolio growth
through developing & executing strategic initiatives to maximize GP penetration by collaborating with co-promotional partner and key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful launch of field-based marketing team for bone portfolio growth
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize GP penetration
- Develop individual team members to continuously improve overall level of
performance in their role and for future development. - Lead key marketing initiatives & filed based marketing activities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with scientific leaders to engage them
in implementing marketing and sales initiatives - Provide the newest medical & product information to internal & external customer
as a regional product manager - Provide scientific communication through regular customer visits based on a monthly
plan & respond to customer’s scientific request in a timely manner - Update the newest medical & clinical information for target scientific leaders
- Train partner’s sales forces regularly to make them understand up-to-date scientific information
- Communicate actively with brand marketing, sales, partners to deliver value added
offerings/service to key customers
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
- Record of demonstrating excellent organizational skills
- Excellent performance in sales & marketing
- Minimum 8 years of sales & marketing experience
- Experience producing business results
- Shape the team to drive results
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, Good command of English
- Impeccable ethics and integrity
- Good collaboration mindset and skills
