Your Career

And now we are looking for an exceptional and experienced CTO to join our leadership team to drive strategic sales engagements and provide thought leadership for the Cloud Security & SASE business in Greater China to help accelerate and secure our customers’ cloud journey. 

Your Impact

  • The Field CTO will be responsible for telling our comprehensive Security Story and providing thought leadership, and be the voice of the customer back into the Product Management organization helping to prioritize product development and enhancements.

  • Develop and Evangelize a “point of view” on the future of cloud security, reference architectures & technical approaches for 1:M distribution and consumption.

  • Be a trusted advisor to existing and potential customers and partners. 

  • Help the product team shape the roadmap based on what customers are telling you about the problems they are trying to solve.

  • Determine the right speaking engagements for the region and work with the Field Event’s Team to capture keynote slots.

  • Help drive the customer CISO/CxO engagements for the Greater China Executive Advisory Board.

  • Coordinate with the regional sales team to target the right relationships to cultivate in strategic accounts.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Experience in a client-facing role explaining strategic and tactical concepts to customers in digital and cloud transformation journeys 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.

  • Experience with cross-team/matrixed organizations influencing multiple stakeholders is a must.

  • Experienced Industry Analyst, CIO, CTO, CISO, CSO. 

  • Well known in the region as a cyber security expert.

  • Has a vision for the cybersecurity future and can help us think through and develop the roadmap.

  • Able to have conversations with executives and then switching to a very technical conversation around solutions and features

  • Demonstrated thought leadership & technical content creation

  • Demonstrated track record as a speaker in front of large audiences

  • Social Presence 

  • Familiarity with local cybersecurity law and regulations, such China Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law and PIP (Personal Information Protection)

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
