Provide technical knowledge, expertise and direction in the repair of all types of power delivery/switchgear apparatus.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement service repair plans, goals and objectives for this product line
• Drive productivity, cycle reductions, service level and Six Sigma initiatives
• Work productively in a team environment
• Provide technical and quoting support to switchgear / power delivery segment
• Improve quality assurance and drive consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements consistent with Services processes and procedures
• Utilize the quality system to log shop issues and drive resolution
• Provide customers with pro-active switchgear technical and problem solving support
• Work with and lead switchgear work force to track and resolve Environmental Health & Safety concerns

Your background

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 8 years of experience in switchgear repair)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in switchgear repair
• Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in General Operations Support
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience of union craft labor
• Switchgear/power delivery experience
