Job Duties:

• Responsible for new builds and upgrades of PC software and hardware.
• Troubleshoots and provides timely resolution to PC and printer issues including on-the-spot problem solving for end users.
• Install, configure and support all company hardware - including printers, routers etc
• Providing 1st line support for system and network problems as well as diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications with at least 1 year experience in a technical support role 
• Good understanding of PC/Laptop hardware
• Windows 7/8/11 OS, MAC OS & the MS Office suite will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese
• HK Permanent Resident is required
