Responsibilities:

• Provides hardware and network support to customers
• Perform hardware and software installations such as Workstations, Printers, Laptop PCs, Mobile devices, security products and server platforms.
• Support of Windows platform environment and various kinds of security products
• Maintain good relationship with customers

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• With relevant working experience in IT field is preferable but not essential
• Hard working and willing to learn the new technologies
• Good communication skill and customer-oriented behavior
