• Technical operations: Gaming machine preventative maintenance, repairs, conversions, installation, upgrades & movements

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, electronics or related disciplines
• 4+ yrs' technical operation experience in gaming field
• System experience or technical operations will be preferred
• Responsible & Self-motivate, a good team player

• Maintain existing network infrastructure
• Specify, build and maintain network infrastructure
• Provide performance tuning, capacity planning and automation
• Perform backups, upgrades of hardware configuration and software images
• Create and update documentation
• Troubleshoot faults including assisting investigations and documenting resolutions
• Work with internal teams including applications and QA teams
• Work with third parties including external gaming departments, casino operations departments and external consultants
• Keep all systems in line with company security policy

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Expertise in switching and routing
• Experience working with LAN and WAN in multivendor environments
• Strong knowledge if ethernet networks, the TCP/IP stack and OSI model
• Proficient working with spanning tree, multicast, link aggregation and clustering
• Hands on experience with firewalls
• Excellent team working skills and professional attitude
• Certifications in relevant fields highly advantageous

• Maintain existing server infrastructure
• Specify, build and maintain virtual and physical server infrastructure
• Test, install and maintain applications
• Provide performance tuning, capacity planning and automation for systems and applications
• Perform backups, upgrades, file replications and script management for servers
• Create and update documentation
• Troubleshoot faults including assisting investigations and documenting resolutions
• Work with internal teams including applications and QA teams

• Keep all systems in line with company security policy

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Expertise in Windows and Linux systems administration
• Experience in MS Server technologies – DC, AD, Exchange, WSUS, MS SQL Server
• Expertise in virtualization using VMware

Robot Arm Engineer【ERP】
(Macau)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for robot arm engineering design, and research &development tasks;
• In charge of related project, coordinate the operation management of project;
• Review and revise the drawing, craft or standardize the procedures of work;
• Responsible for the equipment preparation, service and technic testing of work;
• Responsible for data information, revise, updates, filing;
• Responsible for the production of robot arm and quality control.

Requirements:

• Degree above of Mechanical, Electrical Integration or relevant disciplines;
• 5 years above of relevant industry or related experience;
• Familiar with harmonic reduction device;
• Experience in R & D of robot arm and project management, this is a MUST;
• Familiar with the robot arm procedure, installation, testing and processing of project management;
• Knowledge of industrial automation and professional robot background;
• Able to speak and listen basic English and good command on reading and writing;
• Familiar software application, AutoCAD, CATIA, Solidworks or Pro E, UG software.
